The Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan is wanting to buy wembley stadium (in London).  Shad Khan wants to buy wembley stadium because he believes that he can host the world cup and possibly win it.  A NFL stadium will opening Tottenham London (not wembley stadium) England.  Mexico city might have a football team.  Mexico City would be a better place to have a football team than London because, it is much closer. Although London does have better Financial than Mexico City.
